Two people enjoying working together, one has Down's syndrome

DE&I Photography for People First Businesses

Are you a company who employs people from all walks of life, ethnicities and with different
abilities, mobility and accessibility needs?

CorValu specialises in DE&I (Diversity, Equality and Inclusion) photography.

We can help you enhance your productivity, motivate your team, retain your employees, and recruit the right people.

A successful workplace culture values fairness, equal opportunity and a genuine respect for
different perspectives and backgrounds. When you treat your people well, give them clear
goals and expectations, and you recognise and reward effort, you will get so much in return.

As your workplace culture photographer, we only work with organisations and companies
with a strong people-first culture, who prioritise teamwork, team building and acceptance.

CorValu believes in acceptance and inclusion first!

ABOUT

What do we mean, people first?

You are a company who goes to great lengths to show how important your people are,
including on your website and your social media. You encourage your people to use their
own social media to express how they feel about your company.

You are a company who organises team building events that everyone can take part in. You
organise accessible Corporate Social Responsibility activities that make a difference in your
local community.

You sponsor individuals and teams that represent the diversity and abilities of your people.

This includes role models for young people to look up to and aspire to become.
If this sounds like your company, why not let us help you showcase your extraordinary
people, so you can exceed your employee engagement goals?

If this doesn't resonate with you right now, but you are interested in building a people-first
workplace culture, then let's talk. We can show you how to celebrate your people.

Why are we different?

Hello, I’m Steven Havers, and photography is the toolkit I use to elevate and showcase
exceptional people.

I’m a well-established photographer with my own personal experience of
living with disabled family members.

I specialise in taking natural, unposed and authentic
photographs that capture positive people interactions in the workplace and at team building
events.

Disabilities can be visible and invisible, which is why I enjoy working inclusively to ensure
everyone is included.

As well as delivering your shoot, we will direct your photography, so
you know how to construct your photographs and grab attention.

Our aim is to make sure your images work for you so you can generate more business,
retain your employees, and attract talented people

WANT TO LEARN MORE?

Before we decide to work together, we need to get to know each other.

It’s important that our core values align to ensure my work will be beneficial to your organisation and objectives.

Let’s start with a chat, in person, online or on the phone, whichever you prefer.
