Why am I different?

Hello, I’m Steven Havers, and photography and video is the toolkit I use to elevate and showcase
exceptional people.

 

I’m a well-established DEIB consultant with my own personal experience of
living with disabled family members.

 

I specialise in helping create and build natural, safe and authentic
work place cultures that enable positive people interactions in the workplace and at team building
events.


Disabilities can be visible and invisible, which is why I enjoy working inclusively to ensure
everyone is included.

 

As well as helping delivering your culture, I will provide your training, so
you and your people know how to continue to build on the foundations.

 

My aim is to make sure your culture works for you so you can generate more business,
retain your employees, and attract talented people
